Foreclosure Grants

Day after day, I sit in my office waiting for the next foreclosure victim to encourage and arm with information that can ultimately lead to a workable solution. Eventually they come, sometimes 2 or 3 victims at a time; always sobbing as they had just received a foreclosure letter from the bank. Their stories were all different but the bottom-line remained the same. Maybe they had lost their job, and fallen a few months behind on their mortgage payment .

Now they have a new job, but are just not able to bring their note current, as the mortgage company demands that they pay all the back payments at once. They are so far behind, and without those back payments, it is impossible for them to catch up.
