Day after day, I sit in my office waiting for the next foreclosure victim to encourage and arm with information that can ultimately lead to a workable solution. Eventually they come, sometimes 2 or 3 victims at a time; always sobbing as they had just received a foreclosure letter from the bank. Their stories were all different but the bottom-line remained the same. Maybe they had lost their job, and fallen a few months behind on their mortgage payment .
Now they have a new job, but are just not able to bring their note current, as the mortgage company demands that they pay all the back payments at once. They are so far behind, and without those back payments, it is impossible for them to catch up. They needed a hand, someone to pull them up onto the wall, just a little help to make it over the hump in their financial life.
Refuge International, Inc is proud to create such a solution, with its “Foreclosure Rescue” membership program. Refuge, a non-profit organization, has developed this program in response to the many cries for help from the community. The program provides an organized means of help, by gathering donations from the community, far enough in advance, acting as that "helping hand" when families are in need. If you are interested in protecting your home, why not try the “sow reap plan”.
Contributors or members are awarded grants, when they need them to assist in the reinstatement of their mortgages, thereby avoiding foreclosure. Last week Chrysler Motor laid off more than 200 designers and the month before that GM laid of 1000 assembly workers. As companies continue to downsize, no one is guaranteed a job. Why not insure the protection of your largest asset?
Become a donating member of our alliance, guaranteeing that there are funds available, in case you run into a similar brick wall. After all, nobody's job is really secure. Give and it will be given back to you. Become a member today! Joining is easy, with an average donation of $17.50 a month. You may prefer to give a one time contribution, and all donations are tax deductible. For more information on “Options after Foreclosure” contact refugeinc@aol.com today.
